OR
BY FAX: Print out the Registration form for English courses, and if you need homestay accommodation, our Homestay Request Form. - When we receive the forms, if you have not sent payment yet, we will send you an invoice for the fees.

- Visa or Mastercard (add 2.95% to the total fees)

Note about trips to the USA
If you plan to enter the USA while you are studying in Canada, you need a separate USA Visa. For most students this must be organized before you come to Canada. Students from Western European Countries & Japan do not have to arrange for a USA Visa in advance, as you can get one from USA Immigration at the border. Also, all passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months and be machine readable.
-
If you have requested homestay placement, we will send you details for your homestay family before you arrive, and you will need to confirm that you would like to be placed with the suggested family. You will receive contact details for your host family when everything has been confirmed, so that you can email them or write to them to introduce yourself.
- When you have finalized your travel arrangements, send us your flight details (including dates, times and flight numbers). Make sure your final destination is Victoria, not Vancouver .
- If you have requested Airport Service, your host family will meet you at the airport and will take you to your home. If your flight goes to Vancouver , you can take the bus/ferry to Victoria . Check here for schedule information.
- On your first day of school, you should arrive at the school around 8.45 a.m. You will have a placement test before joining your first class, and this takes about 90 minutes. (If you arrive in Victoria a few days before your classes start, you can take your placement test before your first day of school).
